When you choose Care Clothes for your laundry and dry cleaning needs, you are entering into a service agreement. We strive to process and return your garments promptly; however, we are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or supply chain issues. Our team will do everything possible to keep you informed about your order status. If you have any specific cleaning instructions or concerns about your garments, please communicate them to us upon drop-off.
While we take great care in handling your items, Care Clothes cannot be held responsible for natural wear and tear, color fading, or damage caused by the inherent nature of the fabrics. In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged due to our fault, claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Compensation for lost items will not exceed ten times the cleaning cost of the item. We encourage our customers to inspect their garments upon delivery to report any issues immediately.

We also respect your privacy and do not share your personal information without consent. However, customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing orders.
